Sous Chef

We are currently looking for an extremely passionate & creative Sous Chef to step up to reimagine & drive this fine dining restaurant into a London staple with a desire to earn Rosettes and even a star within the next year. As our sous chef you will have creative freedom to work with our talented head chef to build a fresh and innovative team, the role requires the team to execute a brief of modern British dishes with a focus on Scotland tweaked with the spice and flavours of India.

You MUST have an in depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking with a modern outlook to traditional styles.

About us: Flora Indica is a 2 floor 30 cover Bar/Lounge & 70 cover fine dining Restaurant in the heart of Chelsea. We are in the final stages of launching our new menus which include, Brunch, Afternoon Tea, Lunch, Bar & Lounge Small plates and our new 8 course tasting menu only available in the main restaurant This is not for the faint hearted and demands creativity and talent like no other.
