1855. In homage to our routes and as per the design of Queen Victoria infamous state banquets we will be showcasing a modern take on a traditional Indian dish within each menu.

You are invited to dine within our exclusive 70 seat restaurant “The Engine Room.” We are so unbelievably proud to launch our new tasting menus this September.Our tasting menus are beautifully crafted with the finest British & Scottish ingredients and infused with a mouthwatering array of spice & flavours of India.

Space is extremely limited, and each published tasting menu will only be available for a single month before we transport to the next.
